The ‘fridge is a great place for inspiration. Not always intentionally: many times I catch myself staring at milk cartons, mayonnaise jars and tuppered leftovers wondering … now, what am I doing here?
I always look in the fridge for inspiration, then the cupboard. Then the fridge again. Sometimes if I’m really serious I’ll go to the downstairs freezer.
