My NaNoWriMo wordcount

by Debbie Ohi on November 13, 2008

Ok, I confess that I’m not going to reach 50,000 words by the end of November. Too much freelance work came up, and I need the money. However, I still aim to write a little every day and have found NaNoWriMo a great creative inspiration for getting my new fiction project going.

Speaking of inspiration, do check out my interview with Linda Wisniewski about memoir writing, and my interview with Gayle Trent about her new mystery book and how it got published.

There are just not enough hours in the day, and days in the week… ;)

Wish I had too much freelance. Unfortunately for my checkbook, I do not. On the otherhand, my nanonovel is up to 45000.
